The Departure


                             
No more "10:40am. Late as per school's timing." in our diaries ;
No more checked shirts and blue ties ;
No more corridor gossips and taunts ;
No more skipping of projects as per mass laziness plans ;
No more break timings at 1.25pm.
Here, we are....
Heading towards our departure.

To those memories and moments within the bricks of Blue and White ;
To footballs,and crickets and throwball,
To annual functions and sports ;
To mass bunks and everything.
Here,we are....
Heading towards our departure.

From, stories of daily life to some unattendable labs ;
From scribbling names in the benches ,
To making place in each one of our heart ;
Last two years were the bestest and the golden days of life.
With the blessings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother,
We the SAIE'ns are....
Finally heading towards our departure.

The Monochromatic Silhouette

"Art is the lie that enables us to realize the truth."  - Pablo Picasso Photography is more like an Art. The Artist's visionary captivates the insight into the theme that is being captured. Still lifes and Silhouettes are simple and abstract, yet meaningful. The Monochrome adds an even stronger composition to it, thus, enabling us to distinguish between the Truth and the Lie. This  is a simple theme, based on homely abstract photographic creation with restricted lights and a shadow play. Caramel Custard : Recipe

Caramel Custard / Caramel Pudding : This is a well known and a very simple recipe, that I'm going to share with y'all today. Requirements : • Sugar. • Water. • Milk. • Egg ( 1 Pc). • Vanilla essence.  Procedure : • Sugar(3tbsp) and 1 tbsp of water is added in a pan, and stirred and mixed quite well, keeping the flame to be low.  • It is mixed and heated thoroughly until it turns reddish brown and almost becomes semi-molten in state. • Then it is poured in an over proof dish/ steel, and cooled to room temperature, so that the caramel layer sets properly.  • Keeping it aside to cool, taking a mixing bowl, 1Pc. Egg(at room temperature) is whisked thoroughly and in it is added the desired amount of milk and desired amount of sugar and stirred well. Vanilla essence is then added to get rid of the egg smell, and then stirred nicely. • After the pudding preparation is made, it is strained to get a smooth pudding.
